Welcome to Princeton Minor Hockey!

Princeton Minor Hockey is a non-profit society created to provide the children of our community the opportunity to play league hockey in an environment which promotes and teaches all aspects of the sport for players aged 4 through 20.

It is vital that as a parent/guardian you to take an active role in the Association and most importantly, in your child’s hockey experience.  PDMHA is run by volunteers and for the Association to continue to be viable all members are required to take part in a wide variety of team and association tasks.

Mandatory - At least one parent of Princeton Minor Hockey players must complete Respect In Sport course offered by BC Hockey  - www.bchockey.net/RiskManagement/SpeakOut

HOW TO REGISTER:

               Complete ALL enclosed forms and return prior to June 30 or August 15, 2019

Enclose payment as indicated on the chart on page 2.

1. Pay by cheque, money order, or cash. (If payment by cash, hand deliver to Angela Matkovich.)
2. Make cheques payable to Princeton & District Minor Hockey Association.
3. Payment may be made in installments. Single installment payment is due June 30 and August 15 to receive the reduced fee.  When paying in multiple installments please complete payments no later than October 31, 2019 and do not qualify for the reduced fee.
4. Complete payment must be included with the registration. Include post-dated cheques if installment plan is used.
5. NSF cheques will be subject to a $25.00 charge.

Again, we stress the importance of submitting your registration on time as ice scheduling, coach assignments, and Association organizational duties require that registration take place well in advance of the hockey season.

 In order to keep the fees low, all parents must put in volunteer hours.  Each team will need to designate a Team Manager from their team to co-ordinate the following:

               Time Box:  Each parent must work the time box for their home games and tournament.

               50/50 Draws:  Each parent must work the 50/50 draw for their home games and tournament.

Fundraisers:  Each team is responsible to co-ordinate a fundraising activity plus participate in any additional Princeton Minor Hockey Fundraiser as required.

 Please note:  Discounted price is for FULL payments received prior to applicable dates.  Princeton & District Minor Hockey Association will be offering a discount for family with two or more members.  The eldest player will be charged regular price, second player will receive a $25.00 discount, third player $50.00 discount. (First year Tyke fee does not apply for family discount.)

For all players new to the game of hockey, there will be a first time to an association discount of $100.00 off of the full fee!

First year tykes $100.00 - no extra discount applies.
